If you run a commercial business, it is likely that you will want to sell products. Bobclass lets you register sales of three types of products:
- these are the typical prepaid multi-class passes, e.g. for 10 classes. Units are deducted when classes are consumed.
- : these are time based, the so-called memberships, e.g. 3 months unlimited training.
- : these are physical retail products, e.g. a bottle of water, energy bar or t-shirt.
You can define your products in Settings > Selling products > Products .
When you register a payment against a sale, you can select the payment method that was used. This is nothing more than a tag. You can define the payment methods in Settings > Selling products > Payment methods .

With just a few taps, you can create your own online store — a web page where clients can browse and buy your services or products. Payments are handled securely via Stripe, using credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other local methods.

Stripe is a trusted global payment processor. It keeps transactions safe with PCI Level I encryption, and your clients’ card details never touch our servers.

Settings > Selling products > Connect with Stripe . - Tap
- Fill in your business details and bank account info
- Once approved, log in to Stripe
- Go to
Settings > Selling products > Online store . - Toggle to ON
→ Your store web page is now live!

Go to your store and click Buy on any product
Enter your contact details (only once per session)
Tap Next to proceed to payment
Choose a payment method:
Credit card
Apple Pay or Google Pay (make sure it’s enabled on your device)
Once payment is complete:
- Your client sees a message
- They receive a receipt instantly
- The sale appears on your end in the Bobclass app
